Energy Psychology, also known as Emotional Freedom Technique, works via the body's energy system and is the tapping of your own acupuncture points (with your fingers) on the face and body in a particular pattern to release stress, negative emotion, unwanted responses and physical pain. It is similar to acupuncture but it uses no needles.
Phillips (profiled in the recent KHQA-TV report above) works with individuals out of offices in Chicago and Quincy, MA. The upcoming EFT documentary is being made by Toronto-based filmmaker Eric Huurre. Since 1989, through his firm Skywriter Communications, he has worked mostly with commercial and educational clients.
Wagner will host-narrate the project, while Phillips recently filmed some scenes for the documentary at her Massachussets location.
